At CoachUp, I partnered with leadership, product managers, and engineers to improve the end-to-end site and app experience. My role spanned the full design process, from user research and interaction design to visual design and implementation support. I also helped establish internal design guidelines and worked with the UI team to unify the visual language across our web, mobile, and email platforms, ensuring the brand felt consistent and clear.
